Tantan (Yumi Taniguchi / @gogo.tantan) expresses a liberating honesty through line and movement. Her background in philosophy translates into an urge to create and communicate, allowing instinct to guide an unfiltered “oozing out” of emotion.
A sense of oneness that emerges through repetition distinguishes her practice as an inverted process in which recognition is evoked through the work itself, rather than intention simply producing an end result.
